How we increase our eyesight

There are several ways to maintain and improve your eyesight:

Eat a healthy and balanced diet: Your eyes require nutrients such as Vitamin A, C, and E, zinc, and omega-3 fatty acids to function properly. Incorporate foods like leafy greens, fish, nuts, and citrus fruits into your diet to help improve your eyesight.

Protect your eyes from the sun: Exposure to the sun’s harmful UV rays can damage your eyes. Wear sunglasses that provide 100% UV protection whenever you are outside.

Take breaks while working on the computer: Staring at a computer screen for extended periods can cause eye strain and fatigue. Follow the 20-20-20 rule, where you take a break every 20 minutes, look at an object 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

Exercise regularly: Regular exercise can improve blood circulation, which is beneficial for your eyesight.

Get regular eye exams: Regular eye exams can help detect any vision problems early, allowing for early treatment.

Avoid smoking: Smoking is harmful to your eyesight, and it can increase your risk of cataracts, macular degeneration, and other eye problems.

It’s important to note that while these practices can help improve your eyesight, they may not completely restore vision that has been lost or damaged. If you are experiencing vision problems, it’s essential to seek medical advice from an eye doctor.
